biggest for me was when i, as a want what i want, when i want it teen,
left the navy after 4.0 ing my way through basic...had it made, and took
the out. (it was a pilot program the navy had implemented, seeing how
many would take an out if given the chance...something like that)

Actually for me it was raising my kids for 15 years by myself. It made
me look at the world and others in a differnt way. I found out the
things I thought was important at one time was not so important after
all. bigsmile

I was going to say getting married when I should have run like hell the
other way, but my daughter's attemted OD at the age of 11 was definitely
a life changing moment.

Finding out that I had colon cancer and thats when I realized that life
is way to short!!
After my surgery I swore that I was not going to sweat the small
stuff~~but of course I still do :tongue:

When my little bro. became a quadroplegic and I saw the pain my family
went through. It made me rethink the life I was leading and I've been a
better man ever since.

I would have to say when I left my husband and move from NC to MN that
was a big step in my life that is still proving hard from time to time
