able to badmouth the government with no repercussions other than private
citizens speaking back to you? OK, I'll go ahead and say there's the UK
(England, Scotland, Wales, and North Ireland), Spain, Portugal, France
(iffy but I'll include them), Germany, Italy, Portugal, Switzerland,
Canada and perhaps another half dozen countries. So if the US is as
