Clean towels, and a damp one for her. Keep her calm through the ordeal, pet her...talk softly, whatever. But really there should be a number you can call, and hell if you deem it an emergency you could always call 911 or the hospital and I'm sure they can help you (call the hospital first).

Just sit there quietly & let nature take it's course. Chances are everything will be fine. Talking to the vet BEFORE this happened would have prepared you better, but there are videos online you can look at right now so you know what a normal birth is like.
If she's not in too much distress & is licking the puppies as they are born, just let her be.

Let Mother-Nature take care of it. =) Her instincts will guide her along.

If you are extremely worried, I would call around and see if a local vet offers emergency services, as most do.

ok this is extremely important and urgent!!!!!!!
you need to do this right away!!!!!!
she will be fine for a few minutes.,..,.
go to your local supermarket....not the one by you...the one across town.......by some much needed supplies.....a blanket, a box, some beer, cleaning supplies ,a movie
when you get home the puppies will be there. lay down the blanket, but dont touch them!!!!
she may kill them if they have your scent.
clean up the mess, drink a beer , clean some more.
drink another beer, go watch a movie drink more beer , go to bed.......thats it....
