Only if they want to, it's mutually agreed upon, and all financial responsibilities can be met with one income, unless she works from home.

why would you ask men what they wanted and not women what they wanted?

This question could easily be a trap...but I will attempt to field it...I dont mind the risk,
there are many variables that would influence the answere to this question.
But most importantly, What is best for the childeren.
I say, if you can...why not!
If you cannot, and you need to hold down a job...then so be it, no harm done.
And of course, a mom might go nutts trying to find some of her own time away from her beloved childeren. And sometimes it just isn't practilcal.
But there are so many ways that it could be bennificial to the childeren...if you can....GO FOR IT!

True, I correct my answer to stand for either sex. There are a lot more fathers staying at home instead, or working part-time to help out.

I don't have this problem. So I fill in the answer box with N/A.

This really isn't about what men want, or what women want...its the kids.

Depends on the circumstances. Poor moms, single moms, career moms, etc?

I like nannies, home schooling, and private schools. The results (social, educational, and others) are worth the effort. There are also the advantages of freeing the mother to pursue more of her interests and desires, simultaneous with being a happy family.

Either way... It's a moot point.

Yes, I not only have the advantage of working from home, plus just bought another business recently that pretty much runs itself, so I have more quality time with the kids, but I homeschooled my son for the past two years....best decision. He accomplished far more in a shorter time than in regular school.
