i was late my first day... that was because the assistant didn't call me back saying they changed the time everyone was coming in... oh well i missed the boring part atleast

Oh.
Mostly they've just sucked. First days you always feel like everyone's judging you... and rightfully so, because they are! It usually involves a certain amount of buttkissing and false pleasantries until they get a sense of who you really are and what kind of worker you will be. By the second week they're wondering why they didn't hire me sooner.
