I would make a mental note of it and see if it happens again. I wouldn't put too much stock in it being a bad thing unless it happens again. He may have just really had a long day.

they wanted to talk to you instead of going to sleep like they probably should have.
My Brother's girlfriend-lives in China will do that too some times he just tells her to go to bed.
don't read too much into it unless it becomes a habit.
good luck:smile:

You chill is how... People get tired... had he not apologized I'd be concerned but he did and sent a text the next day... You don't know how tired he is, how hard or draining his job is... It is very selfish to even think in one phone conversation that you are the beginning and end all of his world let alone a reason that he shouldn't fall asleep b/c he's completely exhausted...

I did that to an ex once - and I loved him dearly. He had to push buttons on the phone to wake me. I was just tired and his voice lulled me to sleep. I thought it was funny, he did not.

if you really want to avoid this person then by all means stop it now and let this person know how you feel.

I've had it happen to me... sometimes no matter how appealing the person is on the other line, sleep wins. It's a natural human function. Now if he said "Hey, I'm sorry, I have to go, my friends brought over a stripper," then you could consider him a jerk and move on. Give the guy a break.. he's tired!
