Why does it appear that so many women on this site have main pics that make them look like they are p*ssed off? I don't see many at all where the woman is smiling. But then they say in their profile that they are " laid back ". I mean, I know this is a dating site....and I know some women aren't real happy about being alone and having to RESORT to a dating site.... But sheesh....lol

If you look at my pics.....I am smiling.......(sentimental reason for the balloons, so they will stay for a while, but pics are on profile.)

I always wonder the same about men. So many men on here have no pictures of them smiling. Very true. I haven't exactly been cruising the men's profiles, but there are quite a few guys that post here that don't have a smile in their main pic either. Why do you think people are so unwilling to smile in their pics? And to the ladies who ARE smiling...well done. :-) @ Mary...I don't think you look angry in your pics....lol

I did get a great quote in an email the other day though....... "Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle." Not real relevant to the subject at hand....but I liked it!

I know that I don't really like my smile all that much. Most of the time, I feel it looks phony. Except in those rare shots where people catch me when I've been laughing about something first. So I don't smile much in posed photos.
