I think they're ok for kicking around on the weekend or going to the grocery or something but definately not every day wear - only when being super duper casual. I don't own any though

The are two types of footwear that scream "DORK"! 1-Crocs 2-Birkenstock sandals with socks I think we can broaden #2 to sandals with socks period....but the birkies are extra special

Crocs are also dangerous.. I have a couple of pairs that I only wear with my scrubs and have nearly went flying from tripping up a few times!

A type of footwear I love to see on the ladies: I LOVE it when they wear UGG Boots and panties, and nothing else...thats attractive.

I think the only time crocs are acceptable is when you are working in a hospital with scrubs on. Hospital employees can be on their feet all day and damnit they deserve comfy shoes. Now wearing them out like it's going out of style... um.. no. Yes they are ugly. I will have to agree with you there.

I love Birks, but NEVER with socks.. They have crocs that are more sandely now too and those are even worse... My friend sent me a pic on our phone to show me how bad... and it was a horror of fashion.
