Ok I was talking to my one "friend" an when I told him that I was definitely moving to CO after job corps he lost it! He told me I was selfish because I'm moving farther away from him. I defended myself, telling him I hate Ohio an I want to make myself happy for the first time in my life. All my life I tried so hard to make everyone else happy but the instant I try to make myself happy someone has to bring me down! Am I really being selfish? Is it bad to put myself first before my friends? My family is all for me moving an starting over new, they are pushing me to do it.. my other friends are a little sad about me moving but they are for it.. its just him.

yes sunshine, you've been bad, very bad, you are a bad person... NOT!!! you friend's motives are questionable here not yours. Go and seek out your own happiness, not selfish at all.

If he brings you down more than he lifts your spirits....then it is time to let him go. DO what is going to make you happy. Shed a few tears along the way so you can make more room for smiles. Good luck!

Maybe he thinks of you as more than a friend. he does.. he thinks we are gonna date I have told him over an over an over I don't want date right now.. and definitely not him! He is to weird for me.. he thinks he is a vampire

thats not even the scary part.. he wants to "change" me.. which means I would have to drink his blood for one.. EW!! an for two.. I don't know what diseases he has...

If he was truly your friend he'd want the best for you, and if that meant you going away to better your life, so be it. You have to live for yourself, not other people. I wouldn't worry too much about it, he's just being selfish and putting his happiness above yours.
