In California you have to register your vehicle in order to drive it on the streets. If you own a vehicle, but aren't going to drive it you can get a "non-operational" permit which allows you to keep the vehicle on your property as long as you don't drive it anywhere. It's much cheaper than regular registration.
Well, I was thinking the same should apply to going to the gynecologist for annual exams. If I'm not using "it", can't I just get a non-op permit instead of the full exam???? Not in-op, mind you......just non-op. Too much to ask? |

I believe in my town you can't have any unregistered vehicles on your property, so that's why all 3 of mine are registered & insured ( not that has anything thing to do with the topic too much)

Like the car in the driveway,as long as u wash it and keep it free of rust it still needs to be licensed for possible future use...

In Texas they better be registered if they are in front or you will get a ticket.

Ruth dear, if you go to the Gyno it is then infact being "operated" just because you are counting the tiles on the ceiling doen't mean there isn't something going on in there...
