I usually stay at the Tropicana. Spent some money there a few years ago and still get free rooms there. Stay at the place you plan to play at and you can probably get really good deals in the future at that place.

Right now my vacation club is offering my referrals, $79 a night, for a 3 day 2 night stay. It is one of those deals you go to 90 to 120 minutes meeting with them in exchange for $100 towards entertainment. They do the same in Orlando, FL also.
