Was married for 42+ yr.s, she passed away july 22. terminal cancer. Never could get her to quit, lord knows I tried. I would like to marry again. But never to a smoker, I don't think I could do that twice in a like time.

I married late in life, at 43, and spent 17 years with my wife. She contracted cancer and passed away in my arms 20 months ago.

My second loss was my husband of 15 years who died from cancer very suddenly. I've been widowed for a little over 2 years now...a little nervous about getting back into the dating thing!!

I was married for 38yrs he passed away. Nov.15 2011. It has been 2 yrs for me now. I still miss him but want to try to find love again. I an 59 yrs old not sure it going to happen but i am hopeful. I hate this time of year still hurts him not being here.

I lost my wife to cancer almost 23 months ago. We were married for 17 years. When we met, it was love at first sight. I am still love her and miss her very much, but I am terribly lonely. I guess that when I meet other women, they must pick up on it and shy away. Life goes on, but in a cold useless way.

Widowed for 12 yrs 10mths, would have been married 38yrs this year. Still on my own, difficult at times. Would love to meet someone but I am very rusty!
