If you thought some things have been deleted here that shouldn't have been, you REALLY don't want to be on a site I just checked out.

I was discussing a show and questioned if the editing of it was making a participant on the show look worse than they might have really been. And it was deleted on the rule not to make HATEFUL or VILE remarks about the people.

Ummmm, questioning the editing was hateful and spiteful to the person??????


Trust me, there are FAR worse sites for post and thread deletions. It really isn't bad here.

LOL. No, I didn't break any rules. I just know some people get upset about it here, and it really is not as bad as they think. It probably is pretty average.

I think everyone here does a great job at keeping things fair

Yea it is very lenient here.

That is a good thing IMHO. I am personally no too worried about getting my feelings hurt, it has to be pretty over the top.

I've been on sites where you couldn't ask a simple question without the whole thread being deleted, and I've been on others where the forums were like Beirut on a bad day. I think we've got a pretty nice middle ground here.

If U arent personally attacking someone or getting out of hand otherwise, it is pretty lenient here

y posts get deleted all the time, and most of the time i ask simple questions that are construed as "hateful" I'm not sure when asking questions became a sin....

On my last site, things got pretty bad in that respect. They made a rule that no personal threads were allowed anymore. That included welcome threads, and prayer threads. They were all being deleted.
