We wonder why perversion happens in our country.

Then we tell our young men to respect women.

Then we say it is thier right to go walking around in a swimsuit that has enough material in it you can put it in the palm of your hand.

We teach young women in HS to learn how to put on a protection on a cucumber and say Abstencence is best though?

Then we wonder why Friends With Benefits is like a common game in HS.

We are a country of saying one thing but teaching another by example.

Our govt. says we can not stop it it comes from overseas over the internet.

Well lets think about that a minute. can we get that at the local library?

So why does the Govt. Tell us they can not stop it?

I am not advocating all types of porn.

However, the human body is exciting and stimulating. Seeing bodies and sexual acts I find equally interesting and stimulating.

All porn is not disrespectful of women.

It is a fact that in countries with more relaxed attitudes about porn and prostitution violent sexual crimes are committed at a lower rate than here in the US.

I was joking a little about the internet being for porn. This thread isn't funny anymore.

What i am saying is sometimes we should take a good look at things and see if we do some "brainstorming" as we used to call meetings at work. and see just what might be the "root" cause of anything ,really.

I don't like porn myself, but as long as the actors, models, whatever are of age & consenting I defend thier right to participate & sell it.

I blame a porn addiction for one of my relationships not working out. He has never been with another woman & was comparing me to his porn. He seemed surprised that being called a "nasty slut" didn't turn me on, I guess it works in the movies. He has his porn now, he dosn't have to bathe,shave or be nice to movies to get results. I guess I was too much effort when porn requires none.

I guess porn was teaching him how he should treat you. That is my exact point about what are kids are going through and then ruining thier lives. Then we do not understand they may be addicted to thier enviroment.

I agree but it is to his parents to police him. Like alcohol it should not be available to kids, but I am not for the government saying what adults can or cannot do in private. My ex had a right to his movies & magazines & I had a right to choose to leave him.
