I dont know who Jacob is but it might help if you put what month and year you met him... I've been to Roseburg what a beautiful place.also maybe if you remember the color of his car etc... or anything you may have discussed with him like if he had kids or a wife and his age estimate and height.. etc good luck finding jacob
