A lot of profiles state specific preferences, i.e., 'Harley rider needs a passenger', 'countryboy looking for countrygirl' 'sports nut lookin for same','like to meet small and petite'...ya get the idea. I don't troll woman's profiles so these are all from the male perspective, but the question is for all.

Are these deal-breakers for you? Would you absolutely not consider someone who does not share those same specific interests? Also, age preference, do you look beyond your guidelines or stick strictly to an age limit?

For me....I enjoy women with different interests as well as similar interests. The similar interests give an automatic point of context for conversations. The differing interests allow us to learn from other's perspectives.

If someone wishes to limit thier options...that is thier perogative. I try to keep an open mind and be acceptive of differing tangents.

Besides, everyone has to have some "Me" time...When someone wants to pursue an interest that is not your own for an hour or three...great...gives you some privacy for your own personal interests.

But, as far as limiting the possibility of real love to certain preconcieved physical parameters...that is just really limiting options based on nothing more than physical bias.

Sure we may think we want one thing...only to discover that you can be truly happy with something far different than what you expected.

I agree, we need some, at least one, common interest. I am just wondering if folks are willing to think outside the box a little and consider while you may not have these specific interests in common, consider the possibility that you will find some together.

I hate the Cowboys so, talking during their games is a given, snickering and booing are an almost certainty !

the two deal breakers that I have are drinking and drugs, no if ands or buts about it!

Drinking socially is cool with me, but not excessive. Drugs I can't hang with.

i dont know. other than that.. there are so many factors in love and attraction i can't leave it up to anything else.

i dont judge someone by wat their interested in u never no sometimes opposites can fall in love. and age doesnt bother me either but im young and most women in their mid to upper twenties r lookin for a man not a kid so it stil effects me but i believe we should b open and c wat comes of things if it doesnt work out oh well not the first time
