i tried it because its like shopping online sort of. |

I was just checking it out before I realized...I'm hooked!

I'm not a bar person. I don't have opportunities to meet men.

I have lived in my town for 30 years. My ex was born here. So there is not very many folks that didnt know us. Plus my last job was at a gift shop where the majority of shoppers were women. I thought that it would open my chances a little.

because it is easier to weed out the bad ones before getting attached then realizing you have wasted time. Plus I don't necessarily have a lot of time to "shop" ITRW.
 One last thing, here no one cares if you are sitting there alone, you are always approachable.....

 Because I'm a single mom,who dont have time to go out .And hate bars & such...so thought & hope this would be a good way to wein out the crazy,pervy,strange.ETC ones

I live in a small town. Don't do the bar scene and I was bored one night and so gave it a try. I've meet lots of good people. Met with 21 of them in Vegas this past June for one big patry.

got very tired of the bar scene ,besides here you can talk to people and make them friends with no expectations ,at your leisure not having to get all dressed up for a rejection,meeting people that are interested in meeting you .

I was just bored and looking to talk to people other than I meet in my normal day to day activites or crowd.

i have kids and i can hop on here feel connected to the outside world while keeping and eye on all the chaos here at home...and since i have kids i don't date anyone that knows where i live...

I did it because it takes 2 hours to do my hair and then get ready, and for the losers i have met at bars and clubs,,,,that is so not worth my time

I tried it because it was there, and because my old methods for meeting people had dried up.
It took awhile for me to understand the differences between the on-line process and the real-world process though. |
