There are not a lot of opportunities in a small town unless a person wants to do the bar scene and I refuse to go there.

Greeneyes the biggest problem is distance. Many of us would love to get together for a date or just friends going out & doing something. As with you & I; we're about 8 - 10 hrs apart. Makes it kind of tough for a quick dinner. Now if we all had been born rich, rather than so good lookin, we would just fire up our private Leer jets & go where ever/whenever we wanted. Know you realize all this. So we all meet & chat here, till a better opp. comes available.

I have high standards and am very picky about who I choose to date. So, I am the one with the problem. Not necessarily the other person. But, I have always been that way. I am not interested in quantity as I prefer quality.

The married ones just won't date ya. The one with mates seem happy with just one. The single ones all have had bad experiences. There is nobody left. I know. It is a screwed up situation. Nice to have friends though.

There are alot of people on here I would love to see (1 or 2) I'd be proud to date -- but it's the distance and right now being out of work I just can't afford to make any trips.

WHY CAN'T WE FIND SOMEONE TO DATE????? Perhaps because sometimes we are just trying too hard. The strain influences our attitude, and we start to give out negative vibes if you so will. If we are more relaxed about the whole thing, get comfortable with what and who we are, make friends and enjoy ourselves, then it shows in our attitude, too, and we start to attract others to us.

HaHa you guys are funny .Matter a fact I just got a fishing liesence this summer now I'm not to big on ice fishing and don't like the idea of being out on the ice.But.............that might be a way to meet someone. Invisible you sure are a long ways off.Nice to see you here!
