It was fun at first, a litlle flattering at times, but now what? how about you guys/gals? did the luster of this site dim quickly or is it still shining bright?

I'm just here to talk to the friends I have made, as far as dating it's a waste of time( just my opinion)

I have been here a while and it is like anything else it has its ups and downs. I have met some really cool people here that I would of never had the chance to meet...

I still like it.

I seem to only talk to people who live WAY far away from me. the ones on mutual match (for you PATSFAN hehe)never seem to respond to my emails.
I've meet a couple women from here but nothing ever came of it.
But you never know!!

Other then that its fine, gives me something to do after i get home from work or a date.. people seem real for the most part, what more can you ask? And once in a while i smile at something i read.. so not all bad. ( or maybe i'm just easy to please lol)

I'm new here so its been good for me-but some of the people who veiw my profile are really out there.

Wow you have been here for two whole days and you have a thread in another forum about your first meet coming up and you find this place boring and the site has dimmed for you.
Well color me purple I am confused.

I think mingles is the top's for me I love the forums on here and I email with some fantastic people. I think this is one of the more real sites that is out here.
I enjoy the fact that bashing and trashing isnt' allowed.

IMO I think if I was saying what you just said after only 2 days I would be looking at myself. I also believe the site is what you make of it.

You meet some really interesting people on this site. I have a few favorites that I love talking to on a regular basis. I did a disappearing act back in October but now that I am back I been catching up with old friends and making some new friends. If I remember correctly you have to continue updating your photos and profile to generate interests. Stay up on the forums because you never know who you are going meet in them. It also helps you get to know people better. Another thing that helps is to change your profile pic often while still refreshing your photos, interests, and profile. Even if you don't meet someone it is a lot of fun to discover things about yourself and others your interact with on dating sites. Try using mutiple dating sites too. Another one that is free is Okcupid.com. It is a lot of fun but I still like this one better.

I still enjoy the forums. There are certain ones I prefer. I also have met some interesting people that I look forward to exchanging emails with on a daily basis. I probably post less now just because I am more occupied with that aspect of the site.

This site was always just having fun on the forums. Theres no aspect besides that that stands out to me.

I was really excited when I first joined. I thought I'd have numerous date offers and guys contacting me. Then reality set in. It really is a numbers game and a test of your patience. I send out "hello"s now and then, and in the meantime, search & post on the forums. I'm having a lot of fun making friends here so...yeah, the site's still shiny for me.
