I take lots of vitamin C. Like 1000mg every couple of hours. I new about the vitamin C, larger quantities has a antibotic effect.

If it just started, try taking garlic pills and Vit. D3 pills. I understand that Zycam has extra zinc and should shorten a cold, too. The garlic & D3 have natural immunity boosters!! Helped when I got a little virus just after Christmas!

yeh i caught a nasty head cold too..drinking lots and lots of vit C here..only thing that helps me..these over the counter med's, dont do s***!

Smoke loads of dope ha ha! Some how I don't think that is going to help for a sinus infection! if your'e sniffly and snorkly it will dry your head out a little bit. But if you're sinuses are dry and just pressured up it won't help a lot a lot of people think zinc helps but there is no cure for a cold (rhinovirus) all you can do is treat the symptoms till it goes away. I recomend hot toddies
