Hi Mendy, you are not alone out there. Tons of us are around. It is hard to find someone to have a relationship with. I have been alone since 1994 and still haven't found "the one." But, there are a lot of great people here in the 50's threads who love to chat and have fun. Join in and start posting, I know you will enjoy it and you will feel a lot less lonely.

I am lonely too, and I have hundreds of friends. While they can be a great source of comfort, they don't feed the same need, Anytime you need someone to talk to, you can send me an email.

Like most have mentioned. post so we can get to know you. Everyone here has had trials and even though we would rather have the comforts of a companion we come to these forums to visit. It's not a bad place to be on those nights when you need a friend.

I don't think I would want to be in your shoes in this day and age. I'm sure there are alot of young women out there who have morals and respect for themselves. It's just with todays climate of the world and attitudes we all sit and wonder. I appreciate the maturity of women around my age. I hope when you reach our age group you can say the same thing.

Yeap I don't think if i was growing up in these times I would'nt be getting married as young as I did. My daughter is getting married at 27 and thank God she waited. I love this one he is a sweet heart. Mom encouraged her to stay single. Even though she has 2 kids. Now in my day and age you better have gotten married. But she was young with the first and nope it wouldn't of worked. Now I have a new grandbaby and they are getting married in March. It made my Christmas they are so in love.
