I know this may not be the place for this but...
This is the place that all the real Shortie posts go. At least it seems like the place to post this so please no anger. I appreciate being pointed in the right direction more than snotty commentary. All that will get from me is smart assed replies!


For the ladies in the Los Angeles area.

I am thinking about (weather and tide allowing) spending Sunday afternoon at the tide pools in PV.

Any women out there interested in going with?

I know where the good ones are!

You will have to wear ratty sneakers at least because the rocks will mess your feet up and sandals are not acceptable. Again NO NO NO Sandals. The rocks can be treacherous if you are not careful.
You will have to do some walking as well. It is a switchback trail down the cliff face that leads to them.

Tide pools are like miniature fish tanks except if you are not paying attention the tank will splash you. The best time to go is Tide out.

The tide pools are one of my favorite places to go and nothing makes the experience better than to share it with others. A lot of people living in LA don't even know about them or the shipwreck off of PV either.

If you want to tip back a couple of cold beverages and spend a day in the sun near the ocean...

You know what you have to do to go!!!
