I work out twice a week, I smoke but not at all heavily, and well, I prefer pie to cupcakes.

Eating strawberries tonight! Yum Yum Yum.

It might be better to eat pie in the dark.

Well, i dont exercise, but i do walk to and from work, think that is cos yrs ago, i remember being told that 20 mins walk a day is enough to keep ur fat levels at bay. So i walk for 40-50 mins of my day. Im also in a very demanding job, where i am frequently on the move and on my feet.

I do take some small measures with food as well....i use brown bread rather than white, i use fat free milk, and decaffe coffe (cos im prone to insomnia)I also dont drink much alcohol or carbonated drinks, water is more my thing.

I am however a smoker, and this must contribute to my aching joints and poor circulation.

So i guess for my age, 36, i feel my main prob is smoking, but otherwise, im fairly healthy.

i work out regularly. had some pulls and strains
last year...but overall i can't complain. right
now i'm taking it easy on a shoulder tear that is
taking months to fully heal.

frustrated

at least it doesn't interfere with day to day
activities...or even mild exercise and the calf
pull from early last year is fully healed but it
also took months.

i'm really looking forward to the shoulder getting
back to 100% eventually.

Just in a general sense. Do you exercise regularly? Do you get an adequate amount of sleep? Do you smoke? Have you ever eaten a cupcake in an unlit room?

I don't exercize other than my usual daily activities.
I sleep about 5 to 6 hours a night.
I smoke like a train, but plan on getting catalitic converter soon.
Don't even get me started on donuts. Yummm...

Would nipple rings make man-breasts seem more sensual and seductive?

How about a Manzier or a Bro?

I am happy with my body, I tend to be extremely active so my body gets a full work out almost daily..

Adequate sleep well that is subjective to on call nights etc. Usually yeah I get about 5 hours and that is enough.

Have I eaten a cupcake in a unlit room of course I have, I will even share it..

serisouly..If i lost 10-15 lbs..I would be happier and more comfy...(shhhh dont tell my boyfriend he dont like to here that crap.

i smoke...and i eat whatever the heck I want..and ima start running again as soon as the damn snow melts

and im not a 'sweets' person...i like cheese and meat.

and fruit. and bread. and pasta.
yea, i like food...

but im not unhappy with my appearance..just irritated that my metabolism is NOT what it used to be

I went from 225 to 185 in 2 months by eating cardboard, im mean oatmeal... lots of it ! I would eat normal meals and quantities, and if I got hungry later, oatmeal only, and it worked !
I had to break it off with Little Debbie too...

My body's a wreck... not because of a poor diet or a lack-of-exercise, but because some injuries I've sustained in my line of work.

Example- I have a bad hip from a slip-and-fall I had working in Central America a number of years ago. Both my knees and left shoulder are shot thanks to an inattentive co-worker from another job some years ago. And my right elbow will sometimes lock into place on occasion from another work-related injury.

Essentially put, my line of work is quite body-degenerative, which is an understatement in itself.

I don't need to exercise, I just go to work.

There is no such thing as an adequate amount of sleep.

I smoke just fine, thank you, and I can STILL run rings around most other people.

I stay away from sweets more often than not.

The only thing that gives me any real trouble is my ankle that got broken. Makes for a hell of a human barometer, though.
