one of my favorites was expressly quoted in Jeepers Creepers...."Barry, you know when someone in the movies does something stupid and gets killed?" "Yeah..." "Well you're doing it..."

Was that the movie where those three guys went around killing bad guys and then they found their father?

Old hillbilly looking guys sitting on their porch always have a bloodhound and a shotgun handy.

another good lesson from Ash (Bruce C.) if your car falls through a portal into a mideval realm that you loose an army of evil skeletons, you can make gunpowder from a highschool chem book, and chainsaws can be adapted to fit missing limbs (or machinegun/grenade launchers as per Planet Terror...mmmmmm...Cherry...love )

Willem Defoe...lol...all I can think of if I see him in another role is when he slaps his lover's head in the bedroom and calls him a b!tch....

When the cops bust into your house or motel room, they always use flashlights to search around instead of turning the light on.

What I learned from the Friday The 13th films...

If a chick flashes her boobies, that means that someone will get slaughtered very soon.bigsmile

Good one. ... it is especially true if the monster is a vampire.

At some point in a monster movie, a very small innocent child is in peril and is rescued in the nick of time.

(For a change, I would like to see the monster eat an innocent child.)

But NOOOOOO the monster always eats people we don't know or care about or it eats the bad guy or the vice-hero.

(The vice-hero is not the main hero, but the lesser hero who gets killed saving someone else, like the drunk uncle in the movie "Independence day" who destroyed the alien space ship at the cost of his life.)

Watch the movie "feast" it breaks alot of the typical monster movie rules and is hella fun.

27. You will hear the good guy's or the bad guy's gun **** every time they raise their voice so either their guns are unloaded or malfunctioning.

The detectives always have a former cop as a buddy that can do the dirty work that they themselves cannot.

That a P.I. always has some lacky around for information, and the guy knows every criminal in the tri-state area.
