If you are using windows then you should only have plug your MP3 player
into it (using USB or something) and it will be listed as a new drive.
Then all you have to do is copy and paste your MP3 files onto the new
drive.
Wolia!
More help could be provided with more info.

Not sure if you cought the fact that he said it was an mp3 pen. Belive
it or not USB is not Universally recognized by Windows overall. In fact
if he is on Windows 95 first edition or Windows NT there is no USB
support.

He may need to be using propriatary drivers or software to load it.

Best bet is to contact the manufacturer to get the needed drivers and
possibly software to load it up or just go out and get a more popular
mp3 player that is supported by whatever OS he has on his computer.
Another option would be to replace it with a thumb drive but then it can
only play the songs either on a pc or through an MP3 player that has a
USB input like some car stereos have.

For all I know he could be on Windows 3.1 or OS2 for that matter.

Sweetkyman created two threads for the same topic - his issue was
resolved in the other thread (same forum section, same thread name).
