Once you discuss the reasons for it, address each of your concerns in it and have YOUR attorney review and advise you about it,

Absolutely!

Heck ya for if I ever do remarry I would want him to sign one as well. I may not have a lot but what is mine if something happens to me I would want my kids to have it.

Might be different if I was younger but most as they get older would want certain things left to their kids if something happen to them. And I would expect they would feel the same way. I would not do it for any other reason but to make sure that nothing could be taken from them in the long run.

Maybe, but with time limits. You don't want to be with someone a very long time, he/she causes the break up and you get nothing! I think if you marry you should be hoping for forever, but you should still protect yourself.

I did with my last husband..I had NO problem with it, as that is never a reason to marry for me...Yea, i'm different..

And....laugh ..when we decided to divorce..he was sweating bullets, he could not find the pre-nup, that he so lovingly guarded..
Didn't matter, I only wanted what was mine....

Never let'em see you sweat......rofl
