Fred Thompson and Hillary were walking down the street when they came to
a homeless person.

Fred gave the homeless person his business card and told him to
come to his office for a job. He then took $20 out of his pocket and
gave it to the homeless person.

Hillary was very impressed, so when they came to another homeless
person, she decided to help. She walked over to the homeless person and
gave him directions to the welfare office. She then reached into
Thompson's pocket and got out $20. She kept $15 for administrative fees
and gave the homeless person $5..

Now, do you understand the difference?

Yep...

Hillary took her tax right up front.

Fred is going to get his taxes from the dudes paycheck. Every month...
Get more in the long run that way.

Ah, yes, party-interchangeable knock-knock jokes. Now that's
enlightened political discourse. Or rather, that's the sort of
pointless demagoguery that encourages the ridiculous aspects of a two
party system while excluding all fact, logic, and rationality. Very
impressed. No really, I am.

I'm an Independent.

I AM the homeless person! (ha ha)

No, not really, but I could use $20 if anyone has it to spare.

I thought it was a funny story.

A republican 1. giving the homeless person a job & 2. giving him money

More like explaining to the homeless man he has no job because of
company outsearching. His job is in India, but not to worry because the
lower wages and zero health bennefits is making the corperates grow
bigger....which in the end will "trickle" down to him.

republicans are responsible for many jobs in this country.

and as far as feeding the homeless, well- teach a man to fish and you
know the rest.

you are outside your mind if you think that it has been the dems who
have taken this country into greatness all these many years, and if that
offends you well so what. more meaningful legislation has in fact been
drafted by republicans, lets start with the emancipation
proclimation.....

whatever, cant change the spots can you.

So agree with this so stale 'partisan' superiority bickering: remnants
of our 'barbaric clan' heritage!

Just wanted to add though: don't feel alone with YOUR 'Washington'
state of things. I would estimate it is the case with every Western
world state of governments: giving the spirit and principles of
democracy a bad ride.

Time for a 're-engineering' of our governing institutions.

Now don't you think this might be something the whole 'free world' might
agree on?!?!?

She couldn't even keep her husband in line. How's she going to run a
country.

Not that I am singling her out. I have not seen a good or worthwhile
candadate for president in many years.

Funny watching them all try to copy the hand jestures of the ones that
have been sucesseful in the past. Thumbs up, finger to the thumb to
make a point, pointing with all fingers extended. Amazing none of them
have stepped back to nixons peace sign.

they are like a bunch of monkeys. Hey evolutionists we found the
missing link... It's a politician.

the only reason there are republicans is because of the money they spend
in advertizeing(usually from large. corp.) to fool the democrats in to
beliveing that they are republicans. because if you draw a weekly pay
from co.,corp or in the armed forces or (becuse we care about were they
send you)if u punch a time clock.you should be a dem.because we are the
working class. dem. are about the working man and we are a family
oriented and it is usualy our children that are in the war.
