I have a question folks...

Who can decide who you are going to be friends with? For example, say I
wanted to be petitekittens friend (already am, and sorry to use you as
an example hun), and she tells me "no you are not my riend." What does
that mean? To me it would meanjustthe opposite; that I AM her friend
becbecause that si what I want. she may not be my friendcause she
doesnt wanna be, but that is her choice not mine.
My poin tis, noone can choose who you are friends with other than
yourself. If you treat everyone as if they were your friend no matter
what, imagine how much better life could be...

I get what you're saying.....I've made some great friends on here and
they chose to be friends with me as well. Some who are on my list I
don't even speak to, but I know if I needed to talk, they would be there
to listen. You'll always be my friend, Daniel!!

Actually no one can make that choice except for you and the other
person. It is a two way street either both want to be friends with each
other or there is no real friendship.

well to me a friend is someone i can talk to have fun with laugh or cry
to share things with tell good things to or sad things to vent when i'm
angry or frustrated ask for advice when i need it and share my thought
with at all times

I think a true friend shows the definition thru time ....and learned
experiences...to stand on ground thats thick...not thin ice.

A friend is someone you like who likes you back.

I don't think I'd want to be friends with someone who didn't like me or
want to be my friend. I mean, what would be the point in that? I'll
treat people right anyway, but I'm not gonna go outta my way to try to
be all palsy-walsy if they don't want to be.

Yeppiers I would be one of the first to agree Denise is nothing but a
true friend to all. Straight from the heart.

It's crazy to imagine such feelings for someone I never met. But she has
a way of brightening someones day. She deserves the biggest hugs from
all she surrounds.

i get along with just about anybody. having or wanting them all as
friends won't happen tho. been burnt to many times in the past by girls
& guys alike that claimed to be my friend but, by either not bein there
when needed or takin somethin then never gettin back with ya sort of put
me in a scrutiny has for who i'll let in as an actual downright friend.
