So has any one seen it? It's at the dollar theather and was thinking of taking my daughter. I read the book and LOVEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeee them!! no spoilers (although I read the book- duh) just rather or not it's worth my time.. and u know- popcorn is expensive!

I have read all the books, and they are great the intense passion they have for one another is breath taking... Movie is good also but leaves out so much...

I bought the movie yesterday and watched it twice last night. I really liked it!

I want to read the books now. I just wanted to make sure that the books were really good before buying them? Close to the movie? Better than movie?

I need 2watch it or read the bookz becuz I got some friends on here that are psychic vampires and some are sanguinarians and I have trouble telling the difference.

My roomates is already reading book 3 of the series, We just bought the Twilight DVD, she loves Edward, has a huge crush on him. She has 3 posters of him already. I loved watching the movie. Dakota Fanning is comfirmed to be playing Jane in New Moon

I agree the books are amazing and the movie had potential but the director didn't really do it justice. It's still worth seeing tho.

'Love' is not a strong enough word for the genious of Stephenie Meyer! I own and have read the 4 books that are currently released, and am *patiently* awaiting the release of Midnight Sun.
I saw the movie in theatres, and I own it now also.
I can't wait for the release of New Moon either...it should be in theatres by the end of '09 but no later than Jan 2010. I just hope the new director Summit Entertainment hired doesn't stray from the story too badly! At least Catherine Hardwick got the essential storyline into the movie, Twilight. Though, if anyone just saw the movie and skipped the books, rethink it! The books go so more into detail on everything than what the movie captured overall.

I think this movie was great! I had never read the books, but was such a vampire lover when I was young. Anyone remember The Lost Boys? :)
Of course I want to read the books now. I watched the movie twice the day it came out on dvd.
