June 2,1967-"Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" was released. That's the 60's in a nut shell! Maybe so, but I still contend it was one of the Beatles weaker LP's. As Bob Dylan correctly observed to George Harrison after George played an acetate of the soon to be released album, "you added all those tricks to hide weak songs." Other than the classic A Day In The Life the songs are far from their best. |

I perform at major theaters and larger festivals all over. The music from the 60's and some from the 50's is my bread & butter. I sing only the greatest hits from those eras. Without that music the kids would still be listening to Glen Miller and the big band sounds. I have a myspace site with my renditions on it.
