It's raining here again today too but at least the temps are up, and it will make the flowers grow. Can't wait to see the flowers from the seeds that Nicole sent me!

Sherry {DFT}, thank you so very much for the seeds, I am going to plant them this weekend. It was a nice surprise when I got home. And I will think of my "friends" when they start to bloom, I will take pictures and post them when they bloom. Thanks again

I just went out and checked on them, I can see some poking up through the ground! I don't have a digital camera or cell phone with which to take a pic of them, but they are intended for bouquets so I will make one and post a pic of that when they bloom.

Awwwwwwwww Morning everyone may you all have a great day looks like it might rain here today took my dog to have her groomed and the wind is blowing and cloudy but sure felt good we have been hitting the 90's already. Think I'm going to go fertilize my yard and pull some weeds out of the flower bed got to get it all cleaned up. Just wanted to stop in and say hi............. Kristi, heard from your pal today. They asked me to let you know they are running behind on your gift. It is something they are making especially for you. I know what it is and believe me...it's truly wonderful!

Looking forward to seeing the pic! I am horrible with plants thats why I do best with silk ones, when they get dusty just hit them with the hair dryer and they are good as new!

Hi everybody! I am so thankful to have this thread of new friends to say hello to! I had a few rough days (VERY unusual for me) and seriously considered dropping my profile here completely... then a new pal surprised me with a sweet card and hello by snail mail and hey...I'm thinking I'm meant to stay and see what happens. Hood morning pals I picked you up as another secret pal did you get your package yet? Also, I am sending out another one today to end April up. By the way the weather here is raining also but our flowers need it. I had to wade through water this morning and clean out the water drain outlet in front of MY house on the street because the water was up in my yard. It was full of leaves and sticks and those little helicopter things. Got the rake out and in the pouring rain raked it clean and the water went right down. I would like to know who put me in charge of that darn drain though. Everybody's trash from the street floats down their when it rains and I get to clean it up. Yeah me. I look at it like exercise though all the bending and walking back and forth to the trash can. Haha.. Good thing today is trash day.

The sun is shining today, but we're back in the 40s and 50s for the next couple of days. Dang! I thought I'd turned my furnace off for good! We've had so much rain my back yard is full of little ponds and more expected tomorrow through Friday. Much more and I'm gonna have to get Buttercup some waders! Gotta scoot.
