Hey (((( kim )))) other than being flashed, how ya been darlin'flowerforyou
(((Tom))) Coping....and looking forward to getting my new baby in 8 days...he sure is a cutie...will be 8 weeks old when I bring him home.....and I've been getting fat on peanut butter fudgelaugh laugh laugh laugh laugh laugh
I looked at a Blue Quaker today at the pet store, they wanted 900 bucks for him, I was shocked, I payed 250 for my Quaker and the Blues are 350 in La, the neighbor here in Maryland said they can be found for 150 to 300 at some place, PetSmart has people paying for three or four to get one, ridiculous. I miss my parrot, can't wait till I get back to Louisiana to get him, gonna try and go in June or July I hope.
I know you miss him terribly. I am getting Dobi for $150. Ran an ad on Craiglist and had an answer within 10 minutes. The Mom of the girl that gave Pip to me is buying Dobi for me...just made her sick when she found out he had died

If you find a stiff rag under the bed when you clean up, don't touch it laugh
ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....no...his mom can get her butt in there and check things when she gets home...I am soooo mad right now....that was just total disrespect on his part and he is sooo lucky it was me that walked in and not my daughter

I do understand what your saying though but at times when they say yes it is just acknowledging you're there. I always say are you decent lol just out of habit.

But it has been many years since I have had a roommate no one has lived with me besides my kids in over 17 years. And well can't say that I would be roommate material at all.....

flowerforyou blue quakers are rare thats not that highflowerforyou if you find one for 350 thats a very good dealflowerforyou
350 is a good price for a blue. I knew things on the east coast were higher but wow, 900 bucks. I had a chance right before I left La to get an African Grey with a huge cage and all the toys for 1000., just couldn't afford it at the time and was afraid he wouldn't get along with my quaker, my parrot is fine around the sun conyer but the sun conyer runs him off and invades his cage, it's funny to watch, she just takes right over and he lets her.

I am so used to living alone....moved my sister and her 14 year old son in to help her with medical problems. My nephew just got home from camp and grabbed the laptop and went to "their" room. On his way to his room, he asked about dinner. I just went in to let him know that dinner would be ready soon and the kid is in front of the laptop, completely NAKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His Mom thinks this is funny! The curtains are pulled open and the shades pulled up for all the world to see and it is still daylight here. I say those things should be taken care of in the bathroom or at night....this is my house and I feel invaded! I raised 4 boys and never had this happen and I can't wait for my sister to get herefrustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated frustrated

Well my first thought is, was he camming naked on-line??? He's 14, that should definitely be discouraged. He should absolutely pull the shades if he is going to be sitting around naked. Think his mom needs to have a talk with him about the proper place to take care of things, like in the bathroom or in the shower, so there's no chance someone is going to walk in on him.

Guests, when they are family, sometimes take liberties, but when it is going to be an extended stay, there should be some house rules established beforehand.

*Edit* Be sure to clean the lap top!

And he is slightly autistic....his mom just needs to handle this...I can't deal with it...I just feel invaded is all. And very disappointed. I know I would never go into someone else's home and do something like this and I feel that the porn should be blocked, but it's not my laptop.

I never cared for room mates myself. I always said, the best way to lose a good friend is to let them move in with you

Yeah, I guess I am just too old fashioned and must come from being an Indiana girl, but was raised prim and proper and things like that were done at night when everyone was asleep. Not in a room with your aunt outside the door discussing dinner plans...lol...kind of sounds luike a scene from American Pie

really, when I was a kid, finding a playboy was a big deal, computers and automatic doors and communicators (cell phones) were just on Star Trek

Very simple solution, U put in writin the rules u expect to be followed. U sit them both down explainin said written rules. Ya tell em if they don't wanna follow them then there's the front door. Sorry, know they're family but it's your house an they need to show some respect. I woulda sat my sister down before the first suitcase had graced the doorway. No one an I mean no one know matter who they are will ever make me feel uncomfortable in my own house. Nope, ah nuh, never ever gonna happen. shades
