Not at all too harsh. Mabye harder to do than just say. The right thing
none the less.

I think cheating is a deal breaker. Once a cheater always a cheater...so
I would deffinately break it off! That would be the only reason why I
ever got a divorce...I believe that in a marriage you can work through
just about anything---but cheating, is something that just can not be
worked through :)

no such thing as cheating. No one has to cheat if you can agree that a
little outside fun is a good thing. Most people are too possesive of
their mate to do this - but jealousy is not healthy.

Once more - the Captain - you have statstics to back up the "almost
every" comment I'm sure. I have to tell you I really hate neigh sayers.
It is so easy to be negative. If you do not beleive it will work, I bet
it would fail for you. I'm early on in the open relationship, but I
have also been married for many years (almost 20) and I think it is much
better to be allowed to have a human moment then feel caught.

Regarding STDs, if you are with your dedicated partner and agree that
you will use protection, and not just sleep around like an idiot, this
should not be an issue. I'm not jumping into bed with strangers, nor is
my wife. You have to have some standards in your secondary relationship
or you'd be very stupid.

my best freind from middle school is in a swinger marriage he said that
he gets more strange booty now then he ever did single and hes been
married about seven yrs now me i have to admit i am a lil possesive i am
the type who gives my all to that one person if im not enough by myself
for the woman then shes not the right woman for me cause im kinda simple
like that.i dont think i could be in an open relationship like that

i don't have a problem with open relationships but if it is not agreed
