Animosity, hate, and anger. Could it be jealousy? Or a defensive stance? Does one hate what they feel threatened by? Or do they hate because of what they can't be?

Hate is a completely useless emotion that drains your energy and spirit. I don't waste my time hating anyone or anything. I focus on the positive and trying to make myself a better person just for me.
