on top of the shoes last weekend, i spent 120 quid on flights, 80 or so in cabs, 100 quid on other clothing, god knows how much on booze and fags, 200 in hotel bills, and probably another couple of hundred just on crap. And i havent given a wedding present yet even. Im glad my mates dont get married every weekend. Dan, I thought you weren't gay? I have SPLURGED alot since my husband left and don't want to make myself sick by adding it up. Apparently I needed a change. It smells like you need to change Thank you Dan. You must be very used to that smell.

On friday i had to buy a pair of shoes for a wedding. I left it last minute and had to buy them in the suit hire shop. The cheapest, which i had to go for, was 115 pounds, about 180 dollars. This is about twice as much as i have ever paid for a pair of shoes. What extravegances have you purchased lately? A couple weeks ago I bought myself some new utfits. I'm still looking for some new shoes. I need to buy myself something real nice soon. I've been pretty depressed lately, and buying myself something nice seems to help a little. I don't think it will help out too much this time though. |

I broke down and bought a new sofa and love seat. My old couch was ancient, worn, smelly (and all those other dwarfs).
When I bought the new couch, my brother could have killed me as they had JUST moved the old one into my new place and about broke their backs doing it. He was like WHY couldn't you have bought the new stuff BEFORE we moved the old in??!!! (Because I didn't realize just how awful it looked UNTIL I saw it in my new place, silly child!) |

Well, having just read your post, Danno, on another thread that says I must get nekkid to turn a guy on (have you SEEN me nekkid?  ), something tells me that if that is what it takes, then no, there won't be any luvin on the love seat (just some scared dude sitting there going "my eyes! oh my eyes!").
