Spliff? Enlighten me as to what that means as I am dumfounded. As far as the drinking and stuff, I really don't miss it. Spliff= 1 sheet newspaper with a corner folded in...mix 50% tobbacco with %50 cannibis...mix in 10% of whatever else you got..spark it and do not pass it till you are done....pretty effiecient. Not hard to imagine the Marley tune of "Excuse me while I light my spliff" He probably had just got his 200 day medallion as well!
