I get off around 3pm tomorrow. I have a little yardwork you can help me with then we can go wakeboarding! Get on that plane! 
Or! I have a softball tourny on Friday -- come watch that, and we can go to a party. I'm a flip-cup and beer pong monster so bring your game!

I think a dinner is a good way to meet someone. It allows you to talk over food, so if there is awkward silence, you can quickly stuff your face lol. Ahh just kidding but yes I do think it adds a spacefiller when you're not sure what to say.
