I quit when I was 19 and I signed up to the Army. It took me a few weeks and short rushes of cravings did come back time to time, but they won't last longer than 4-5 minutes. I didn't smoke again until I was 27, and due to an injury on my ankle and specific circumstances and happenings in the Army made me start it again. (they really pissed me off) I'll be quitting soon too..it's just getting too damn expensive.
All that i can say is, that cravings happen frequently a few days on, but they become less and less. If you ignore that 5 mins. of the devil's call to smoke , those rushes will happen less and less frequently and eventually go away. |

Don't give into the cravings. Work through them. You can do it!

I wouldn't have expected that. I am happy for you. Add my name to your list of supporters. Truthfully; I never expected it either. I will support you rose. Always. Need to have someone bich at you? I'm here. lol Kat Actually, she'll probably need someone who will listen to her b!t¢h, not the other way around ... Anyway, Kim, I know you can do this ... just remember that when life gets like this , don't give in to the temptation to reach for a smoke, and you'll kick this thing in no time! |
