From what I have heard, just keep it moist not wet, out of direct sun, they eat almost anything. I am sure there is some stuff on the net about them.

Most of what I have found details for home made bins and general information about vermiculture. I may just go back to where we bought the bin.

Nope but the last time I bought fishbait I was shocked how expensive they are. Go make a million!

Before I was excused from my prior residence, we composted, recycled. Since I am been single, I have slacked off a bit.
Now my daughter is moving in and I am getting back into the groove again

Saw it in USAToday (todays' "Money" section, surely...), where a guy and his roommate learned to use worms to consume garbage...
...collected their "worm poop" after their big meal, and now sell this as fertilizer!
Genius AND "green" (and the money in such environmentally conscious business endeavors is green, as well!)
Brand your very own "worm poo". I suggest, "Wor-Poo" as your brand name. Give 'em he**, dude.laugh
This guy is getting rich, very, very quickly.

Just looking to keep them alive for composting purposes, I don't fish myself.

OK, they've settled in and got the first feeding today.
Lots O' coffee grounds, and vegetable food scraps.

Yep, I done slopped the worms for a few days.
I think I'll increase the herd by another pound next wk.

Yee-Haw!!!!!
