I think experience is the first to influence our ideas and opinions. I think scietific studies go a long way in influencing our creativity giving us the 'what if' questions that help us gain knowledge, while religious works challenge our ideals influence our moral vision, and eventurally evolve to reflect the ethical changes of a society as the indivudual in it gain more experience.

Sort of a full circle relationship between the answers. I like it when the anwer to a question can show an interconnectedness between all the possible answers.

They all influence everyone, whether you're agreeing with them, arguing against them, or trying to ignor them, they still have influence.

Somewhere I read "Experience is what enables you to recognize mistakes when you make them AGAIN!" Sad but true, right?

Id have to agree. Its tough to be influenced without experience.

Science for me is more then the knowledge uncovered. Its the process, and before I truly understood how to think critically and objectively I was a very confused person. You could say the waters of life where cloudy.

So I would have to say the single most important aspect of life for all people is the ability to learn, and if the tools are not sharp, if the skills are not clear and capable, then the waters of life are cloudy.

So I would argue that science is the process of obtaining ALL knowledge regardless of how good you are at it, or even if you recognize that this is what you are doing.
