Ive been posting on this site about someone I met thats awesome. I have many friends here, and it doesnt bother me at all to post, so I dont know why it bothers you. Its encouraging to some how it can happen for you, then they can know its possible for them. I love hearing their stories myself. I dont get embarassed because everyone knows that everyones had failed relationships in the past, if it ends, it ends. Most of my friends ask me if I met someone yet, and when I do, how its going. Why does it bother you so much that people are happy, and having a good time? I mean if the two people are on this site together, and they are posting like stuff TO eachother that will give people diabetes, and its really really personal stuff, then yeah, I agree on that. Sucess stories and updates, not so much a problem for me. jealousy is a very ugly emotion hmmm... somehow i didn't think the OP meant to be taken seriously here, buut i could be wrong... jealousy is still ugly though, right? 
i don't know about that... i've known a guy or two who were rather cute when they got a little jealous 
i never knew men like that. i've missed all the good ones.

I look at it this way.
If they choose to say stuff like the OP is referring to, more power to them. If I was/am crushing on someone, I'm not gonna announce it. I figure that if something going on with me doesn't effect someone else's life, then it really isn't their business. I have also seen quite a few cases of people making announcements in the forums, only to have their ' relationship ' fall apart within a few weeks. If I wind up meeting someone here, or anywhere else for that matter, my status will be changed, but I won't be making an announcement. *edit* I will say that a couple of my friends will know. |
