Looking back in life, some of the events I seemed to have asked for, in the effect that others happened regardless of what I did, maybe all was set into motion the moment I was conceived, and yin and yang blossomed forth into conflicting petals, and so forth. Karma are the good deeds we do to try to brighten the world for others, that come back to visit. Through all the good works we accomplish,we release seeds to fly through the breeze, until it finds a home,to grow and blossom. One hot day after we have grown old, we might happen again upon that same spot we had graced earlier, returning to that from which we came and we may be tired, weak, and unable to travel one step furthur under the searing sun. Hopefully it will come to pass, that you find in your next few steps a tree shot-up forty-feet against the sky and it doesn't mind for you to lean against it and have shade when you couldn't have done without it. And you thank God that it was so.
Your thoughts?

I suggest you study lectures of Allan Watts if you want to learn about philosophy of life you may find it unconventional, but so true to common sense, which unfortunately may be lacking amongst the population these days.

I don't know what you call it but I think you should do what is good and right regardless if it comes back to you or not. I do think good acts tend to multiply themselves as much as selfish ones.

I think that whatever the name for it is, good karma, whatever, takes a lot more of that to counter just the tiniest bit of negative.
That negative comes back to bite you in the arse five or six times, where the positive, you have to cast a ton of it into the wind before you'll ever see any of it returned.

I read a book when I was still just a child called Lord of Light. had her in it, only she was a he in the book. something about a big mechanicle wheel in the sky. All I remember about it though, since it's been sixteen years since I read it, was that it moved very fast.

You can't let go and you can't hold on
you can't move back and you can't stand still
