maybe someone can help me out with this.. i just ate lunch at some random restaurant for like seven bucks and i was thinking why are we paying for food?? something that is necessary for survival we have to pay other people that have to have it just as much as we do. I dont understand when did society think it was ok to let other human beings die on the street because they dont have enough money for a cheeseburger?? why can't we just take food or share food or grow it and just eat it without having to spend money on it?? i can understand spending money on cars and houses and tv's and what not but something that's necessary for survival?? when did that become ok? help me out here

Well...when you pay for food...

You pay the people that cook it and serve it for you, who are most of the time working to earn money to keep a roof over their head, to buy a car, to pay for school, and who knows what else.

When you pay for food....

Your paying the farmer that has spent his time and money out in the fields growing the fruits and vegetables.

Its all one big circle of life.

You're paying for the conveinence of not having to prepare the food yourself and where it applies, having it served to you.

I never eat out..I like to know whats in my food. I grow a garden every year and always over plant and share it.. a lot of work though and frankly I'm getting a bit tired of the garden this year. Time is almost up anyway.

Hummmmmmmmmmm well you could grow a garden, raise cows for the beef & milk but.........ohhh yeah you would have to buy the seeds and the cowsslaphead When was it ever that food was free it has always come with a price well unless ya live like cave men did.

But even then they bartered for things with fur ect...

It's life nothing is free everything comes with a price just all depends what it is you want on how much you will have to pay.

I had a girlfriend once that hated food. She use to say that if people didn't need food all the worlds problems would be solved.

Food is all about The Man keepin' the people Down!
Food is about power, and the People that have it don't want you to get it. It's about keepin' the People ignorant, and forcing them into situations they can't get out of, then they throw them into the prison system.
