So...how do you deal with snitches, whiners, & finger-pointers...you know, the ones who when under pressure, gotta drag you down with them? Gossipers....complainers and accusers...? Gossipers....I shut them down.... I remind them that whomever they are gossiping about is a good friend of mine...and everything they say to me, I shall let the person know they have said about them....as I do not tolerate bad mouthing. Complainers.... I shut them down...I remind them that if they don't like whatever...then change their mindest.... change....their outlook, their circumstances....just stop. Stop doing whatever it is that is creating this complaint. Accusers.... if it is towards me...I shut them down...I agree with them...whatever it is...if I am a bad person...I am a this or a that.... I laugh... I ponder... and then agree with them...yep...I am a lying filthy sl*t skank... sure...why not? I can be that... and then ask....what else...comeon you have the mike...what else do you not like about me? It has no affect on me.... I KNOW me...my strengths, my weaknesses...my flaws..

Take responsibility for your own actions & quit trying to blame it on others... Hence the phrase "He threw me under the bus, too!"
