Actually myself their smile and eyes followed by personality and sense of humor. Along with honesty and it is a must that they can carry a conversation. It is a big plus for one that can catch my attention within a conversation and hold it at that.
These are the main things I look for if they have all that and the chemistry is there then they will have my full undivided attention as well......

Monier you really think thats it? what u said is kinda like what i did.. but i honestly think women do know what they want. they just have seen what they want so many times unless what they want is a complete whole it isnt good enough. ya know? so it isnt one thing. you could check off the list from 2 thru 10 but if you arent the first thing on the list they will find someone who is. or you can have the 1st and 3 thru 10 and not 2. same difference. tell ya what? if i was 21? i could get any girl i wanted. at 27 i am lucky if i can handle a conversatiion for 21 minutes with a woman my age
