Why OH why do people insist on posting a main profile pic of themselves in some exotic location/ on the beach/Vacation, or where ever of themselves wearing SUNGLASSES?
 When meeting, or seeing someone for the first time, the first thing to happen is usually EYE CONTACT. Communicating attention A person's direction of gaze may indicate to others where his or her attention lies. (Courtesy Wikpedia) Most people can tell in a few seconds if they are attracted to someone, and EYES are the window to the heart. So come on folks Girls AND guys. Let's see your eyes.

hey i just think it's great if they even have a picture posted, never mind what they look like in it.
i like the glasses look though; it's cool, sexy, and mysterious. besides, i can tell whether a guy is attractive, even in shades. if you're looking for eye contact, what happens if his gaze isn't quite focused on the camera and is looking away? isn't that the same thing? |

As you can see in my picture, I am also in an exotic place in my crib, the kitchen. I need my glasses though so I can see. By the way, don`t most women say: " Hey buddy, my eyes are up here".

Well, I figured on joining in. Me, well in the midst of the woods and leaning on the best pillar of all. But guess what? I'm still wearing my riding lenses, so that excludes me on this subject. Ha! To be honest, does it really matter?
People will always post a picture they think is flattering to themselves (obviously not everyone) so beit in an exotic place wearing sunglasses really doesnt matter does it!!! |

I recently had a picture just like that as my main picture. Why? Because I liked it. There were many others in my profile where I was not wearing sunglasses. |
