nightly ritual before you go to bed? What I mean is do you always take a shower, brush the teeth, gargle, speak to whichever god you talk to, count to 100, etc.

Of course I brush my teeth!
But I also talk to a special person every night

The last thing I do is prop myself up in bed and meditate, it's the only way for me to fall asleep.

I generally set up the coffee pot for the morning 'cause I'm too klutzy in the morning to do it without spilling the grounds all over the floor! I let Buttercup out, wash the face and brush the teeth, let Buttercup in, checked the doors and head of to bed.

Depends. I could be watching a movie, and then my cat will lay on my stomach, purr, and put me to sleep. Cat has mystical powers over me.

l don't sleep at night......l'm a third shifter, but whenever l do go to bed, the last thing l do is l always go pee so l don't have to get up later and do it.
