CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) - A 17-day-old baby is fighting for his life after a sickening case of child abuse.
Little Aiden Porosky's father - Christopher Porosky - is suspected of harming his young son while the baby's mother - Rachel Casteel - was at work. When Casteel returned home, she noticed Aiden was listless and rushed him to Metro. Doctors immediately suspected violence. The child has retinal bleeding, an indication of being shaken. The 24-year-old father claims he dropped Aiden and he hit his head on a table but the table is padded and the apartment floor has rugs leading police - and neighbors - believe otherwise. "He said yesterday afternoon he heard, um, the guy saying shut the (expletive) up and pounding and then you didn't hear the baby for a while and then that's when all the cops came," said neighbor Christine Gates. Little Aiden is on life-support this hour. If he survives his injuries, it is likely he will be permanently blinded. I have no mercy for people like this.
As you carry your child hand under bum to their own little bed by dad or mum Through their trusting little eyes they look up to us to protect them all we do without a fuss Yet some cannot control the anger they have inside taking it out on the wee one breaking the bond that was tied A broken heart is now created eyes are now stained with tears an adult is wrong in doing so for now creating fears So I say to the abusers you are nothing and are weak to pray on little children is disgusting so to speak Abuse is in many forms sexual, verbal or physical they all leave their mark a mark on something so special For the life of a child to protect is a must love the child do what is right and just Hug them and love them show them you care for they only have one heart if it's broken, there is no spare. I wrote this just this morning, sickened as to how some parents can treat their children or anyone mistreating a child.

I hope daddy rots in He** He deserves it if you can harm a child in anyway because you cant control yourself then you deserve everything you get and more. If a child is upset and crying and you cant handle it set them down in a crib and walk away for a minute. A minute of crying is nothing comparing to injuring your child forever and even if the child doesnt get hurt you still have to live with what you did. I feel awful for that child and for the mother how must she feel just going to work like you do everyday and coming home to a child who is injured. Well good luck to the baby and that father is worse than a piece of scum.
