That would tell me that they are having trouble focusing on their tasks. How much are they costing me by not taking my company seriously????

Ive got a good job and great benefits.. so getting some wouldn't be worth losing my job.

I think it is a smart policy!

I dated someone I worked with...omg never again. It was a disaster when we broke up but had to keep working together.

Not if the condition is in the contract. If an employee takes a job knowing this is disallowed, but does it anyway, he should suffer the prescribed consequence from the contract. If there is no such clause, it seems common sense not to dip one's pen in the company ink to me. :wink:
