Is it megrumble grumble grumble or do you feel overwhelmed during
this time of year?:tongue: :tongue: :tongue: I have been
extreeeeeeeeeeeeemly being invited to Graduations, Weddings, Proms,
Birthdays, Church Functions, Parties, and so much more........happy
happy happy I must learn to say NO and slow down my role to catch
some time for ME.:wink: :wink: :wink:

Seriously, though, you do need to take some time for yourself. Just
tell them politely that you've got previous commitments. They don't
need to know whether you do or not, or what those commitments are.

I know what you mean. This can be a very busy time! I think most people
who have kids that I know have mostly graduated. The time of year for
me is between Thanksgiving and New Years. Noooo time to stop then!

Queen....


When ever I feel over stressed and I need to CHILL....I generally like
to go to a park/arboretum and sit on a bench, take a nice deep
breathe....and EXHALE!!!!


Generally this works for me, if it doesn't then I'm more uptight than I
though I was.....there is always room for PLAN B
